   I have an O’Briens card but I have lost it. Can I get a replacement. I have stopped going to O’briens because I can’t find my card. I have gone and had dinner several times and I am tired of not being able to get credit when I go without my card. I want to go tonight but I am not because I don’t have my card.

     Hi Linda.

     First, it would be wise to visit https://www.myrepeatrewards.com/myrepeat/login.aspx and create a login.
     From there, it will give you your repeat rewards account number.
     Contact Ron at the pub at (813) 661-9688 and he should be able to give you a replacement card.
